As a reminder, this is not the first time that the Spanish government has been implicated in a chemtrail scandal.
In 2015, four employees of the State Meteorological Service announced via the European Parliament that planes were regularly spraying so-called chemtrails all over Spain and that the concentration of toxic chemicals in certain regions was so high that the local population was developing increased respiratory illnesses:
The autonomous communities of Murcia and Valencia and the province of Almeria are the most affected, with not a drop of rain in over seven months, catastrophic „gota fría” storms, and respiratory illnesses in the population caused by the inhalation of lead dioxide and other toxic compounds. Now an explosive pandemic control order appears in the Spanish government’s official gazette, confirming the use of military aircraft and the spraying of biocides on the population:

Order SND/351/2020 was approved by Royal Decree on 14 March 2020; just three days after the WHO declared the alleged Covid 19 pandemic.
Are biocides dangerous? Biocides are used to kill or repel harmful organisms. They work, for example, by paralysing the nervous system or impairing the ability of harmful organisms to reproduce. At the same time, this makes them potentially dangerous to humans and the environment. (cf. bmuv.de)
Conclusion: These revelations are explosive, as on the one hand they provide a possible explanation for the widespread respiratory diseases and on the other hand they represent an official confirmation of secret and dangerous chemtrail programmes. It is also remarkable that after only three days of „pandemic”, the Spanish royal family swoops in with a decree that once again exemplifies how the state equates people with harmful organisms and sprays them with pesticides from the air accordingly.
